Recently, while visiting Northern Alabama, I visited Dismals Canyon. When we first arrived, I was not very impressed with the area and I had no idea what I was in store for. Once I made the descent into the canyon, it was as if I had crossed over some boundary into another dimension. Below the canopy of the trees in the canyon lies a mystical place that you would expect to only see in the movies.
I was in awe of the natural beauty of the elements of the earth coming together in a symphony of color. Honestly, I would love to go back to Dismals Canyon for another photography trek and hike through the trails.
This is a diamond in the rough and if you don�t get a chance to experience its beauty firsthand, I hope you will at least enjoy this print.
