I had the privilege of visiting the Perissos Vineyard near Marble Falls, TX in Hoover Valley and meeting the family that owns the Winery. We were treated to some great wine that was made onsite from estate grapes and got to enjoy walking through the vineyard as the grapes matured. The Cask Room was a great spot to relax as it is kept a constant cool temperature for the wine to mature in their casks. We sipped wine and took some shots, which I must say is the best way to do a photoshoot. If you are in the Austin area, I would highly recommend visiting Perissos Vineyard and while youa re there, definitely try the Tempranillo, it was fantastic!
