View of the Niels and Mellie Esperson Vuilding in Downtown Houston, Texas from the corner of Travis and Lamar at night. This urban scene shows the great architectural diversity of Downtown Houston. Mellie Esperson built this building as a memorial to her late husband. The Chase Tower now dwarfs Niels and Mellie Esperson, but when it was built, it was the tallest building in Houston. The sign in the foreground celebrates the upcoming Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, said to be the largest rodeo in the world.
By David Morefield I started photography for a couple of reason, the main reason was for the pure enjoyment of creating something beautiful. In my past, I have seen some of the greatest horrors known to man, so finding other images to place into my head has been therapeutic. I call it "Image Replacement Therapy." Over time, I had some people ask about buying prints, so I started posting prints for sale and this is how Fluffyshotme Photography was born. I prefer to go out and capture whatever strikes me in the moment and if others like it, then great. My photography is more for me to appreciate, but if others can get enjoyment out of my work, then that brings me a sense of fulfillment. I am interested in travelling the world....
