Nighttime on the Cheoah River Yoga Mat

This calm view is from the Cheoah River which stretches across some of Western North Carolina. The Cheoah river is along highway 129 which is also home of the Tail of the Dragon at Deals Gap just up the road. The area is stunningly beautiful and I thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to capture the beauty of the surrounding mountains and rivers.

By David Morefield I started photography for a couple of reason, the main reason was for the pure enjoyment of creating something beautiful. In my past, I have seen some of the greatest horrors known to man, so finding other images to place into my head has been therapeutic. I call it "Image Replacement Therapy." Over time, I had some people ask about buying prints, so I started posting prints for sale and this is how Fluffyshotme Photography was born. I prefer to go out and capture whatever strikes me in the moment and if others like it, then great. My photography is more for me to appreciate, but if others can get enjoyment out of my work, then that brings me a sense of fulfillment. I am interested in travelling the world....
