Franklin under the Milky Way Yoga Mat

I took this shot of the milky way from Wayah Bald lookout near Franklin, North Carolina. The light over the horizon is the small city of Franklin. I would love to have spent more time up on this mountain and shoot the stars, it was just beautiful. Hopefully, one day I will get to return.

By David Morefield I started photography for a couple of reason, the main reason was for the pure enjoyment of creating something beautiful. In my past, I have seen some of the greatest horrors known to man, so finding other images to place into my head has been therapeutic. I call it "Image Replacement Therapy." Over time, I had some people ask about buying prints, so I started posting prints for sale and this is how Fluffyshotme Photography was born. I prefer to go out and capture whatever strikes me in the moment and if others like it, then great. My photography is more for me to appreciate, but if others can get enjoyment out of my work, then that brings me a sense of fulfillment. I am interested in travelling the world....
